So without further ado here are mine (12 4 2012 on the 12th!)
- scrapbook more
- walk at least once a week
- declutter each week
- be at least 1 stone lighter by the end of 2012 (ie maintain weightloss!)
- send at least one piece of 'happy mail' each week
- read 52 books (I lost count last year and don't think I managed it)
- spend more time with friends and family
- pay it forward x `12 ( I didn't actually manage a single pay it forward in 2011.... hangs head in shame... so I am going to do one each month during 2012, some may be random on the blog, some will be given as a surprise and some might even go to those who are owed one from last year!!)
- take a photo each day
- be more organised with Birthday and Christmas cards
- blog more
- 'Just do it!!' (well done if you guessed this was my NYE resolution!)
Best of luck with them all....I'm going to try and just 'do it' as well.
ReplyDeleteI did guess right - wow! This is a list full of determination, generosity and the promise of lovely things :).
ReplyDeleteGood Luck - I dont think I'll plan anything as I know I dont have the will power to follow it through - hmmm maybe I should and then I'd have to - no.1. would be - be more decisive - lol xx
ReplyDeleteGood luck - it looks like a good list!
ReplyDeleteIn fact it's such a good list I may nab (most of) it myself!
ReplyDeleteGreat list....I should really make one too!
ReplyDeleteAlison xx
That's a great list! Have fun with your resolutions :)
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of goals rather than resolutions - gives a bit more flexibility! Great idea. I look forward to seeing your scrapbooking more.
ReplyDeleteHi Ruth ~ I am just putting together a little book using the face images we colored for Mel's project and thought I'd come by and say hello. I'm happy to have a little piece of your artwork to include in my book! I hope you are well and happy! Peace and love to you! xo
ReplyDeleteHi Ruth! Just popping in to say that I hope all is well with you, and things are OK ... not 'seen' you for a while and missing you! alexa
ReplyDeleteGreat resolutions. Good luck! I have a bunch myself. It's always good to try and challenge ourselves and goals are an awesome way to do that. I heard some where that people who write those goals down are far more likely to accomplish them than those who don't. It was a university study I believe.
